• Install and run it
• Select your favourite video site and click on to Explorer symbol.
• In browser choose your video, copy its link into clipboard.
• Insert link
• Grab FLV link
• After download the FLV file you can save it as: FLV file or convert it to AVI.
• AVI files then can be played in Windows Media Player or other standard multimedia player.
• If you have stored FLV file then you can convert it directly to AVI by clicking to Open button. (If you download the FLV file from internet you don't need to save FLV file just direct convert it.)
